1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through our soft play booking system, whether online, via telephone, or in person.
1.2 By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1 All bookings are recommended to be made in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 We accept major credit/debit cards but no cash payments please.
2.4 Booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking time will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
3.3 No-shows will not be refunded.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance, safety issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Arrival and Supervision
4.1 Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session time. Late arrivals may lose some of their playtime and no refunds will be given.
4.2 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18+) at all times.
4.3 Staff are present to ensure overall safety but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
5. Safety Rules
5.1 Socks must be worn at all times in the play area by both children and supervising adults.
5.2 No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed in the play area.
5.3 Any child who is unwell or has a contagious illness should not attend.
5.4 Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone who poses a risk to others, with no refund given.
6. Liability
6.1 While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our visitors, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the misuse of the play equipment or failure to follow safety rules.
6.2 Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only used for the purposes of managing your booking and contacting you about related services.
8. Photography
8.1 From time to time, we may take promotional photographs during sessions. You will be notified in advance, and consent will be sought where identifiable individuals are present.
9. Food and Drinks
9.1 No food and drinks can be brought into the centre.
9.2 Food and drinks may be bought at our on-site cafe while present in the centre.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
